They tried moving to High Camp and did not succeed due to poor weather
They returned to base Camp and are hiking out to Penitentes today
They will all be in Mendoza tomorrow
Group doing well, they endure some tough nights at Camp III Guanacos
Good trip and crew, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate

We were all pulling for a break in the weather because we wanted you to be able to summit as much as you did. Getting that close and then be blocked by the weather is a real bummer. However, after hearing about the second group on Mt. Hood that got blown off this season, it sounds like your guides did the right thing. I tracked the weather on the mountain, and if the info was correct, it was below 0 degrees F every day you were up there! With 50mph winds, that had to be cold!
